Gospel campers

You may ask yourself why rules? These rules are to help us be focused in this ministry, we are not to be controlled by rules but to see them as a reminder of  what we are to do. Scriptures are our guideline no matter what,whether we like it or not we are to go by the scriptures.

These below are what Gospel Campers abide by to be part of the ministry;

1: We must be prepared to value and practice the essential lessons of ministry taught to us by Jesus Himself and willing to follow the example of the early church who were dependent upon the Holy Spirit and heard from His voice clearly and often as we read in the Gospels and the Book of Acts and also have intergrity in our relationship with Jesus as it is through the scriptures. not forgeting depending on the Lord for wisdom and directions, i.e being by the Holy Spirit, steadfastly praying which defines a true ministry flowing from a biblical foudation.  proverbs 3:5,6; 1 Thessalonians 5:17

2: our priority must be teaching and discipling  for the furtherace of the Kingdom,the word has power to save lives ,cahange lives, and give life.but not us ,we are to study the word and be approvedto Godto be ale to give. 2 Timothy 2:15, 4:2, 3:16-17

3: A servants we are to be careful not to outshine Jesus, His ministry the church. Not be anxious to get our names on everything , we are to share the ministry with others, taking from the New Testament picture of  Paul, Timothy and silvanus being together as team.

It’s not all about us its about Jesus Christ. He must increase and we must decrease John3:30

As Peter and John, Timothy, Paul and silas, we are to stand together,work togetherand support the ministrywhich is now entrusted to us.

4: Supremacy of love 1 Timothy 1:15, John 13:35, 1 Peter 1:22, 1 John 4:7-8. We may not always agree with everything someone else is doing butthe christian love will look past those differences, believing the best and endeavoring  to maintain the unity of the spirit in bond of peace. Ephesians 4: 3, 1 Peter4:8. we need to be full of grace and have love for all God’s people
